2. User Responsibilities

• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the software or networks

You are responsible for ensuring that devices under your management comply with your internal IT policies and security standards.

• You violate these Terms
• Continued use poses a security risk
• Required by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, your license to use IT Agent will be revoked, and you must cease all use and uninstall the software.

IT Agent is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

In no event shall IT Agent, Inc., its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of IT Agent, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• System failure

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Service.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
